Project summary:

The intervention aims to provide the opportunity to the company, through concrete actions, a solution to adopt a new system of work organization more effective and efficient, with particular reference to the so-called "Agile Work" or "Smart Working", moreover already governed by the provisions of Law 81/2017. The objective is to implement and make operational a Smart Working plan through the adoption of appropriate company regulations, the analysis of processes and needs in order to adapt them to the assumptions of smart work, the innovation of the company's technological equipment in order to ensure the availability of physical equipment, thus allowing the complete digitisation of the main business processes. There is also an in-depth study of a legal nature for the purpose of defining an appropriate company policy aimed at drafting and sharing a specific company regulation. The result, with regard to the Latina office, envisages the implementation of the partial 'Smart Working' model for employees whose duties are compatible with this organisational model.

The actions of the SMART LOGGIA project are:

  • ACTION A - Support for the adoption of the Smart Working Plan, Specifically, it is expected: - organisational analysis and internal business processes; - identification of the most suitable digital technologies for Smart Working; - labour law advice to ensure compliance with current regulations; d - support for the drafting of the Smart Working plan and the drafting of the company agreement, accompanied by the necessary forms.
  • ACTION A - 32-hour training activity for staff affected (6 employees) by Smart Working.
  • ACTION A3 - Smart Working pilot project lasting 5 months.
  • ACTION B - Action B envisages the provision by the company of technological tools to support the transition towards Smart Working, avoiding gaps due to factors purely linked to technological adaptation.
